Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We share your Personal Information with service providers that perform certain functions or provide certain services for us, as described above. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Finally, we may share aggregate or de-identified information about users and their use of the Services with third parties and publicly for marketing, advertising, research or similar purposes.

Location of Information
Our Site is offered from North America and we will only fulfill orders in North America. We store any information we collect in North America. If you access the Site from outside North America, you agree to the transfer of your information to North America which may have less protections for your personal information than your jurisdiction of residence.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third party websites.
The Site is not intended for or directed to individuals under the age of 13. If we collect Personal Information from a child we know to be under 13 we will delete that information.

California Privacy Rights
Peeka & Co. is not yet subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), but will comply with requests under California’s Shine the Light Law (California Civil Code § 1798.83). Under that California residents who have provided personal information to Peeka & Co. may obtain information regarding Peeka & Co.’s disclosures, if any, of personal information to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a California Privacy Disclosure, which will include a list of certain categories of personal information disclosed during the preceding calendar year to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, along with the names and addresses of the third parties.
